Northeast High School | Class of 2023

Amy May Photography is proud to partner with Alaina.  We met on a Monday evening at Eagle Point Park in Clinton.  Alaina was delighted to model a few new Senior outfits from our closet.  We think she rocked it!

We started at the very photogenic stone bridge in the park.  Gave us some fabulous lines, enhancing Alaina’s shape.  She rocked our denim jumpsuit from Akaira, found on a recent trip into Chicago’s Woodfield Mall.

We had so much fun wandering the park; especially the stone tower.  We captured some innovative images but got caught short when I rolled my ankle inside the tower while my assistant was helping me adjust the lights.  Alaina’s Mother helped me outside where we finished the shoot with Alaina in the red dress.

Unfortunately, the pain set in early and, we had to end the shoot.  We captured some authentic images of this young lady and plan to work with her again in the future.

Alaina is a sophomore at Northeast High School where we photograph the senior class photo.

Make the most of your senior year!

Believe it or not, I was young once.  I was one of those students that got decent grades, involved in a few non-sport activities, a photographer for the yearbook staff, and completely off the radar of anyone considered cool.  I know some of you can relate!  Other kids were popular, on the football or cheerleading squad and have the game of high school down. It wasn’t the way I wanted to spend my senior year!

For many students, school is your social life.  Your friendships, wardrobe, and personality are judged by everyone.  Some of us thrive in school and others wish these years would just disappear. I survived high school!  I use the term “survived”  because I know now it was only a speed bump in my life.  As soon as I graduated I found myself thrown into the unknown world of college.  This is where the rest of your life will begin.

We all experience high school differently.   Some of you will treasure your high school days and the friendships you’ve made.  Others will leave the memories deep seated in your mind.   Your senior year is for enjoying one last year with friends, making lots of memories, taking on additional responsibilities, and preparing yourself for the next chapterLet’s celebrate your accomplishments, your passion, your personality in images for your home!

Amy May Photography would like to help you make the most of your senior year.  We’ll capture your authentic self and give you a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t forget.  You will be a model for the day, complete with wardrobe styling, specialty shots of your achievements or activities, and even hair & makeup if you choose.  You will be the envy of all your friends. Let’s celebrate YOU!

You deserve it!
